I don’t mind economically backward Nairs getting reservation. But in that case there is no difference between OBC and Nairs. So either the term OBC should be dropped (terming Ezhavas and other OBC’s as forward castes) or Nair should be brought under OBC.

Reservation of any kind is rubbish. I myself am a Nair and not ashamed to say that Nairs are the most selfish and hypocratic kind of people you can ever see. They feel they are princely and now they are demanding for being economically backward? Nairs should learn something from Ezhavas i guess…Even today nairs consider ezhavas backward but they are actually the most socially elite and developed of all.
I think its fair to give opportunities to all castes[Nair or any]...reservation system of our country is incorrect. I am ezhava, but i think all humans, if they are poor and needs assistance to climb the ladder must be considered irrespectiv e of caste. W

Whats caste…system..man…its too old and we dont even talk about it these days..100 years from now there will be just one hindu caste from kerala – HINDU MALLU
